tender for maintenance of road no.2p, 5, 8, 10, 17p and 19 at i.a. tikariya distt. amethi - scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with all lifts and lead upto 1000m. 2 construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at omc, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401including supply of all materials, labour and t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work. 3 providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at omc in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 4 providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.including supply of all materials, labour and t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work. 5 providing and laying 50 mm thick densed gradded bituminous macadam with 100-120 tph hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix material to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grede,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per mort&h specificationsclauses505 complete work in all respects. including supply of all materials,labour,t&p etc as required for proper completion of the work. 6 providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.including supply of all materials, labour and t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work. 7 providing and laying 25mm thickbituminous concrete with higher capacity batch typehot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.20 % percent of mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix material to work site , laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller , to achieve the desired compaction as per mort&h.. specification clause no - 507, complete in all respect. ( grading -i ) 8 road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectoringmglass beads on bituminous surface,providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including reflectoring glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.50mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per irc :35.the finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. 9 supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with made of plastic body of rpm road stud ( with shank ) shall be moulded from asa (acrylic styrene acrylonitrite) or hips (high-imoact polystyrene) or acrylonitrite butadien styrene (abs) or any other suitable matenal approved by the engineer. the marker shall support a load of 13.635 kg lested in accordance with astm d4280.the reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light eniring the lens face. lenses shall be mouled of methyl methacrylate conforming to and the area of each retro-face shalls than exceed 130 mm. the rate shall include all materials, labour, t&p, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge.
