tender for construction of canteen in mill campus. - dismantling of gci sheets including supply of all material , labour t&p etc. 3 dismantling of m.s work including cost of gas labour t&p etc. with cost of stalking of dismantled material as direction by engineer in charge. 4 earthwork in excavation of ordinary soil including lead upto 30m and lift 1.50m 5 p.c.c. 1:5:10 with cement coarse sand and 40mm guage stone ballast including supply of all material labour t&p etc 6 r.c.c. 1:1.5:3 with cement, coarse sand and 20mm guage stone ballast including supply of all material labour t&p etc r.c.c. upto plinth beam. 7 supply and fixing of tor steel including cost of bending & binding and its wastage complete. 8 ist class brickwork 1:6 with cement and coarse sand mortar including supply of all material, labour t&p etc. 9 12mm thick cement plaster 1:4 with cement and coarse sand mortar including supply of all material labour t&p etc. 10 40 mm thick cement concret ,flooring 1:2:4 with cement ,coarse sand and 2.0 cm gauge stone ballast with finished flooting coat of neat cement including supply of all material ,labour t&p etc. 11 providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazzo/ cement concrere floors 40mm wide and 4mm thick 12 fabrication & errection of m.s work in purlins truss repair including cost of electrode gas labour t&p etc exclude if cost of steel which shall be provided by factory free of cost. 13 fixing of gci/colour coated sheet in roof of different house including cost of screw bitumen washer and hookes labour t&p etc. but excluding cost of sheets which shall be provided by factory free of cost (old sheet may be used ). 14 2 coats finishing wall with water proof cement paint of required shed on new work. 15 finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required work, two or more coats applied including supply of material labour t&p etc. 16 supply and fabrication of m.s work in purlin including cost of all material labour t&p etc. with primer included. 17 providing and fixing is marked flush door shutters conforming to is : 2202 (part 1) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 30 mm thick including isi marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws.
