tender for e.t.p operation works for season 2025-26 - 1- during the session 2025-26, the etp plants and sulphate removal plant installed in the mill should be operated scientifically, as per the standards set by uppcb/cpcb. the contractor should get the etp/srs operated by an engineer proficient in environmental science and should have at least 3 years of experience, b.tech/environmental engineer/chemical engineer/msc (environmental science) qualification for testing the effluent in the mill lab as per the requirement and four workers, iti trained (one worker per shift) and one worker in a day for general cleaning and material shift etc. and 3 workers iti trained (one worker) for running the srs plant will be required to be employed permanently. to operate etp/srs under the supervision of environmental engineer as per the standards of cpcb/uppcb.during the session 2025-26, the effluent going to etp and the water sample after treatment should be tested as per the requirement from an external lab authorized by dth.css and to obtain water consent from uppcb for the calendar year 2026. prepare environmental audit report for the financial year 2024-25 and prepare environmental/water management plan for the year 2025-26 and submit it to uppcb within the stipulated time and prepare and submit all the forms related to uppcb/cpcb promptly.
