tender for regarding road number-07 of anand vihar awasiya yojna (work of paving from katidi to chhaiya drain) - excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming or excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer - in-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. 2 concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 f.m. and cement, in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 3 m-150 brick work in 1:4 ( 1cement 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and t & p etc. required for proper completion of the work. 4 cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, 279(a) coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 5 rcc work in ratio 1:1.5:3 with cement and coarse sand and283 a 200mm stone gnt.........completion of work. 6 m.s (tor steel or plain) work in plain work such as rcc or rb atr. work………….. binding wire d.s.r rate 108x0781/100x8965=7502.02 7 12mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm thick including supply of all materials, labour and t & p etc. required for proper completion of the work. 8 providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of bergerl j.k/birla or sqm similar make 2 coats 9 finishing walls with acryic smooth exterior paint of required shade 13:46:1 new work (two or more coat applied@ 1.57 ltr/10 sqm som over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)
