rate contract for plant shut down job- providing refractory re-lining work in kiln , cooler and pre-heater , refractory bricks /castables will be supplied free of cost by mcl , dismantling , removing and cleaning the clinker coating in kiln and shifting it to specified locations as instructed by the engineer-in-charge , dismantling , removing and cleaning the old brick lining in kiln and shifting it to outside the kiln platform as instructed by the engineer-in-charge , relining in kiln with specified type and quality of bricks / refractory castable supplied departmentally at kiln platform including leading the bricks from kiln platform to kiln inside , screw jack fixing etc . , including all other unforeseen works required for completing the lining as instructed by engineer-in-charge , relining in cooler / pre-heater with specified type and quality of bricks / refractory castable supplied departmentally near cooler outside/ pre-heater ground floor , leading the bricks from cooler outside to cooler inside / pre-heater ground floor to required floor/ stages , required scaffolding to perform the works etc . , including all other unforeseen works required for completing the lining and as instructed by engineer-in-charge , supply of skilled mason to assist the department , supply of skilled carpenter to assist the department , supply of helper to assist the department
