tender for special repair work of link road from km 1 of chandanpur via nalheda gurjar dehri border road to chhaperi special repair work of link road from km 1 of chandanpur via nalheda gurjar dehri border road to chhaperi - providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam grade-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, as per latest mort&h specification. 2 providing & applying tack coat with v.g.-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granularsurface treated with primer cleaned with hydroulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. 3 providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using viscosity grade bitumen vg-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per latest mort&h specification. 4 providing and laying seal coat by manual means with v.g.-10 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c as per latest mort&h specification. 5 earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 m. lift and 30 m. lead. the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 m. distance as directed by the engineer incharge.
