tender for supply, installation, testing & commissioning 400 sq.mm 3.5 core cable at i.m.s. fider piller to engineering faculty new building, main panel (iind campus)., 1 s.i.t.c. of 400 sq. mm 3.5 core aluminium conductor pvc insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. on surface the cable run shall be fixed on m.s. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the engineer-incharge ,complete in all respect. the armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. as per m.r. 2 supply and fixing of 400 sq. mm brass nickle plated compression gland for pvc insulated & armoured served sheathed, underground cable including rubber ring etc. complete in all respect. the armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth as per direction of engineer-incharge as per p.s. no. 503 (t) 3 supply and laying of 400 sq. mm 3.5 core aluminium conductor pvc insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 volts grade for cablejoint & termination heat shrink type as per d.s.r. 9.4.28. 4 supply and fixing of 400 sq. mm plain or pin type alu tin plated cable socket ( lug ) to the cable leads, insulating with tape and making connection etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the engineer-in charge as per p.s. no. 504 (o). 5 s/burring of earthing electrode t-39 (hot-dip-galvanized) length up to 3000 mm complete in all respect, as per p.s. 725 (d). 6 s/laying of 32 mm × 6 mm g.l. strip from earth electrode directly in the ground, complete in all respect, as per p.s. no - 716 7 laying of one number pvc insulated and pvc sheathed /xlpe power cable of 1.1 kv grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required as per dsr 7.1 (7.1.4) above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm. 8 supply brick and sand as per m.r.
