tender for competitive e-bidding for boiler retubing work of boiler no. 2 and 5 for season 2024-25, 1 20 tph capacity boiler -2 ( ijt make) 2 dismantling fabrication and erection of drum to drum tubes (size 63.5 mmx 4.06mm )with satisfactory expansion and bell mouthing of tubes along with satisfactory hydraulic testing(32kg/cm2).all necessary formalities in accordance to ibr directives are to be taken up. also the tubes are to be carefully dismantled as the taken out tubes are proposed to be used for replacement of air heater tubes of different boilers. 3 machining/lapping of boiler man hole drum seat & cover along with give satisfactory hydraulic testing(32kg/cm2) 4 40 tph capacity boiler -5 (lipi make) 5 extension of bottom side header size 10 x sch 120 with flange and blind type arrangement along with satisfactory hydraulic testing(72kg/cm2).all necessary formalities in accordance to ibr norms. flange , blind ,high tensile nut & bolt along with high pressure spiral joint will be supplied by fabricator. 6 machining/lapping of boiler main hole drum seat & cover along with satisfactory hydraulic testing(72kg/cm2) 7 dismantling fabrication and erection superheated steam line bend 8nbx sch 80 sa-106 grade b with satisfactory trial .material for bend will be supplied by fabricator. 8 fabrication of boiler steam drum internals with ss 304 grade material according to original drawing with satisfactory trail .all necessary formalities in accordance to ibr directives are to be taken up. 9 fabrication of boiler steam drum internals with ms material according to original drawing with satisfactory trail .all necessary formalities in accordance to ibr directives are to be taken up.
