tender for up gradation /renovation of adm block with providing and laying structural steel work and roof sheets on open area of adm block at 31st bn itbp, yupia (arunachal pradesh).; 1 steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 2 providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - all work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-iii) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 3 providing, laying and jointing glazed stoneware pipes class sp-1 with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:1 (1 cement : 1 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete :200 mm diameter 4 wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of frls pvc insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.2 x 2.5 sq. mm + 1 x 2.5 sq. mm earth wire 5 providing and fixing polycarbonat sheet (size, shape and colouras approved by engineer-in-charge) 10 mm thickness and 04 layers withaluminium framestructure supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by engineer-in-charge.the sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with epdm seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 6 suppyingof no-power roof turbine ventilator exhaust fan 600 mm outer to outer ,as required. 7 supplying and fixing200 wt led flood lightmake etc as required. 8 preparation and submitingdetail architectural and enginering designand drawings (plan,elevations , side elevations ,section elevation) of rcc retaining wall,the contractor will liaiseand co-ordinate with iit/nit and he is responsible for vetting these design and drawing with iit/nit or any goverment institute . the contractor is responsible to pay all fess to iit/nit or any govt institute for vetting these design , no additional payement will make to contractor for this.
