all work up to plinth level in the ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-iii) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 15 providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia m.s. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with m.s. tubes, m.s. tube challies, m.s. clamps and m.s. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .the scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of engineer in-charge .note: (1) the elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .(2)the payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. 16 provision for fixing of 304 grade 20 mm ss dowel key ( length- 400 mm) by anchoring 100 mm in stone masonry and as epoxy adhesive in between stone blocks joints/ cracks of prakar wall to prevent stone from out of plumb and bulged out as per direction of engineer -in - charge . 17 provision for petty patch mending of the wide joints/gaps with epoxy mortar (5:2:1) dully tuning with the original look of the structure as per the direction engineer - in – charge 18 provision for installation of site office board at site store . 19 provision for installation of protection notice board at site/ monument. 20 provision for re-engraving and painting of deteriorated letters of existing khandolite stone made cnb with all complete as per direction of engineer -in -charge 21 provision for re-fixing of main temple wooden doors and detached wooden made ornamental flower at canopy with all complete as per direction of engineer -in -charge . 22 providing and fixing stainless steel ( grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
