tender for systematic maintenance of fci railway siding at fsd buxar for the year 2025-26; 1 systematic maintenance of railway track in railway siding of fci buxar for all items as included in the technical specification para no. 3.00 to 3.9. 2 supplying and stacking of approved quality of stone ballast of 50 mm gauge clean, angular, hard and durable track ballast as per rdso specification and stacking the same on cess of the formation or toe of the bank or at suitable place as as per directions of engineer-in- charge. the rate includes all cost of lead, lift, royalty, taxes and duties and all incidental charges, testing in lab complete as applicable. tools and plants and screens of approved mesh and dimensions required for inspection and passing at the time of measurements/ supply are to be arranged by the contractor. the rate also includes leveling of ground, if necessary, where the ballast are to be stacked and as directed by engineer-in- charge. (note all the materials should be supplied within 3 months from the date of issue of work order). 3 laying, spreading of available stone ballast of 50mm in dumping manure neatly over the track etc. complete as per directions of engineer in charge including all leads, lifts, crossing of railway lines and obstruction if any and dressing up with contractors labour, tools & equipments. 4 making of dead end with departmental rails conforming to irs applications including all materials as directed by engineer-in-charge. 5 supplying and fixing pendrol clips for psc sleepers confirming to irs specification. 6 supplying and fixing metalliners for psc sleepers confirming to irs specification. 7 supplying and fixing rubber pad as per irs specification.
