tender for load testing of eot cranes, slings, chain pulley blocks and trolley of monorail at hwpt; 1 load testing of chain pulley blocks.dismatling of chain pulley block,cleaning of all parts,inspection,replacement of defective berings,other spares,assembling,shifting of chain pulley blocks,test load,slings etc, to compressor house maintenance bay,conducting load testing in presence of authorised engineer, painting and marking of test load, date on each chain pulley block & submission of report. 2 up to 5 mt capacity 3 6 - 7.5 mt capacity 4 load testing of slings & d shackles: shifting of slings, d shackles, test loads, tools tackels etc, to compressor house maintenace of slings in presence of authorised engineer, lubrication of slings with cardium compound, supply & providing aluminiun tagging by punching.engraving test load and date in each sling & d- shackle, staging of tested slings & d shackles in specified place & submission of report. 5 up to 1 dia size 6 above 1 to 3 dia size 7 load testing of 100t & 25 t eot cranes.: apart from below mentioned scope of work, job also involves replacement of damaged clamps, painting of monkey ladder & replacement of corroded nut bolt on operating station 8 opening of all plumber block,removal of old grease, cleaning, replacment of defective bearing & refilling of fresh grease. 9 cleaning of wire rope and apllication of cardium compound in 100 t eot crane 10 cleaning of wire rope and apllication of cardium compound in 25 t eot crane. 11 checking and topup of lubrication oil in all gear boxes. 12 shifting of concrete test blocks,load carrying frame d shackles etc, to maintenace bay, load testing of 100t &25 t eot cranes. after completion of laod testing shifting back to workshop and site clearence. 13 load testing of 10t eot crane at compressor house: mobilisation of tools, tackles, required manpower, shifting load carrying frame, shifting of test loads to compressor house.checkining lub. oil level and top up in gear boxes, replacement of grease in all plumber blocks, cross travel in the frame for each crane, providing tequired slings load testing in presence of authorised engineer , removal of all test loads, shifting to storage area and site clearence. 14 mono rail : dismantaling of trolley, cleaning of all parts, inspection, replacement of defective bearings, other spares assembling, shifting of chain pulley blocks, test load, slings etc. to requisite place, conducting load testing in presence of authorized engineer, painting and marking of test load, date on the same & submission of the report. 15 scaffolding shifting, erection & de-erection:
