tender for operation and comprehensive maintenance of 800 kld sewage treatment plant and 30 kld effluent treatment plant in niser campus, jatni.; 1 rate of operators (semi-skilled) including epf and esic (employers contribution) 2 rate of sewage man/ helper/ sweeper (un-skilled)including epf and esic (employers contribution) 3 comprehensive maintenance and service charges includes,(a) schedule maintenance of all electro-mechanical equipments as instructed by eic, (b) all minor and major breakdown maintenance whwnever occurred in the amc period ( to be repaired by 2 days and 5 days respectively), (c) bio-chemical treatment of raw sewage water to get neccessary parameters of treated water as per nit, (d) provision of all stationary items, consumables like grease, v-belts, gear oil, couplings etc., (e) repairing and painting of ms structure as per the requirement as instructed by eic., (f) all set up and arrangement for 24 hours duty., (g) contractors profit and overhead charges etc. 4 all tanks cleaning / overhauling and filter cleaning/ repairing/ overhauling with filter media replacement (once in a year)
