tender for painting and repair of high mast flag installed at south point, sri vijaya puram for the year 2025 to 2026.- 1 providing and fixing of scaffolding upto the top height of the existing flag mast (i.e. 45.75 meter tall with necessary platform in between for painting, replacement of aviation lights, wire ropes, repainting of flag mast etc. as per requirement. 2 supplying & replacement of heavy duty double drum winch suitable for 750 kg load capacity including gear oil, heavy duty 2.0 hp motor including chain, torque limiter suitable t drive double drum winch and electrical trailing cable for aviatin lights with all necessary clamps, bonnins, urn buckle etc. coplete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. 3 supplying & replacement of constant glowing led aviation lights installed at top of 45.75 meter tall flag mast with the help of existing scaffolding arrangement including testing and commissioning complete. 4 supplying & replacement of 8 mm dia heavy duty wire rope suitable for 45.75 meter tall flag mast application & to be installed in four parts along with snap clamps dog clamps, turn buckle, bobbins with the help of existing scaffolding arrangement complete, as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. 5 repainting of 45.75 meter tall flag mast with approved shade of marine paint in erected position with the help of existing scaffolding arrangement as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. 6 supplying and replacement of specially designed 400 watt led light complete for façade lighting of national flag in the secified position as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. 7 finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. on steel work
