checking, cleaning, overhauling of different a.c machines including different repairing work at banga bhawan and different govt. buildings under banga bhawan sub division, new delhi. -1 supply & charging refrigerent for the whole unit of 1.5 ton / 2.0 ton capacity split type ac machine as per direction of eic by contractors own tools and skilled technicians as folows: 1.1 (a) r- 32 1.2 (b) r- 410 2 outdoor & indoor unit checking & cleaning and total overhouling. 3 supply and fixing of inverter pcb (for both idu and odu) of inverter ac machins at bangla bhawan. 4 supply & infiltraration of 3 core round copper cable of 4 sqmm, 5/8& 1/2 copper pipe, foam pipe, insulating tape, etc for ac machines as per direction of eic. 5 leak testing of pipe line of ac machines using nitrogen gas by skilled labour and contactor won tools as directed by eic. 6 supplying, fabrication & fixing 1 nos. iron structure framed with angle iron of 6 mm thick of size (40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm) of 2m length for making base frame for installation of ac odu incl. drilling required nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the floor & grouting the same with fastnuts etc. as per direction of e.i.c. [for the odu units stand of 4tr ac machines for the reception] 7 charge for ac machines water drain line:- supplying and fixing a minimum 50 mm diameter upvc pipe (akg/ utkarsh/ approved make) with required bends, connecting the pipe between the tray and the main pipeline, and connecting the main drain to the drain line on the ground floor with proper saddling in the wall and mending any damages to the building work as directed by the engineer in charge (eic). 8 charges for supplying and fixing a gi fabricated tray with a water collection nozzle for the water collection of a window ac machine and mending works as per the direction of the engineer in charge (eic).
