tender for ballast water treatment works in osv sagar nidhi; bwts works 2 preparation of drawing,approval of irs class,installation & commissioning of ballast water treatment system [bwts] [chemical dosing type]. make :erma first,model ; one tank,greece.scope includes complete pipeline fabrication from system to all ballast tanks,fabrication and fitment of foundations for circulating pumps and bwts system & associated equipments,etc., chemical dosing line, tank/bulkhead penetration, cabling, valve, class survey & certification, 3d mapping to be done. all materials,consumables viz gaskets, flanges, pipes, pvc connectors, mcb, wires, switch, valvesetc., are under vendor scope. all drawings viz., piping plan, ballast water management plan, record book, etc to be prepared as per guideline and class approval to be obtained part of vendor scope. the entire work need to be undertaken as per class approved plan and certification need to be obtained from class prior to work commencement & post completion of work.all the required items & inway jobs to complete the scope to be supplied by the vendor. bwts system, circulating pump with vfd and chemical will be supplied by niot. make : one tank, greece.
