in sugar mill , supply of new m.s. central shaft of juice clarifier, capacity-4000hl., dia-30 new central shaftof od 815mm.x 8000mm long x 10mm. thickness(exact length and dia as per existing) with four compartment and four juice withdrawals, shaft should be make sail/tata steel, s.s. rings (complete shaft including as per existing) job work related to above dismantling of old shaft and erection & commissioning of new supply central shaft completed in all respect i.e. fitting of central shaft, juice distributor plates, central valve, mud seal housing and rubber mud seal arrangement, shaft drive arrangement with all scrapper,arms etc. shaft should have proper alignment for free movement each compartment (job should consider completes as where as it is) trial should be successfully to be given by the supplier with satisfaction of c.e,/c.c.
