(a) ac input supply:- 3 ph.415 volts(+-10%,), 50 hz, +5% dc output :- (b) float voltage at rated current: 220 to 252 v dc. (c) boost volate at rated current: 198 to 296/302 v dc. (d) float charging and load current ratings: 30amp (e) boost charging current rating:100 amp. provision of operation:- i. float charging and float cum boost charging, provision of automatic and mannual control for increasing currenton float and boost charging. , dismantling of existing battery charger including opening of all connecions and proper earmarking of disconnected cables. all work to be done under the supervision of concern engineer, then shifiting from acdb room to store by jcb or manually including loading, unloading, transportation, and all labour, t&p, etc. with proper stacking as per direction given by the concerned enginner. , erection, testing and commissioning of 220 volt 500ah battery charger including loading and unloading all type required civil works, cutting ,welding, earthing works including labour, t&p etc. then make all a,c, and d.c cables connections, all works to be done under the supervision concerned engineer. , providing armoured power cable (al) 3.5 c x 35 sqmm , laying of armoured power cable (al) 3.5 c x 35 sqmmfrom acdb panel to battery charger, through trenches and in open area must be concealed with pvc hard pipe in trenches wherever required, including all material (cable gland, lugs etc.) labour and t&p etc. as per site requirement. , procurement of 220v battery bank: , supply of c10 capacity, 220v, 500ah lm tubular battery san container set having 110 nos. cells of each cell with rating of 2v, 500ah, c10 type float voltage of each cell 2.23+/-0.02v at 27 degree temperature including all necessary accessories i.e. battery stand etc. (cost of newbatter set-cost of old battery set (a-b) , (a) rate of 01 no. new battery set , (b) rate of 01 no. old battery set (110 nos of cell) , erection, testing & commissioning of 220v battery bank: , dismantling of existing 220v battery set including opening of all inter connection and shifting from battery room to the store with proper stacking including all t&p, labour etc. , erection and commissioning of new 220v battery set, including filling of electrolyte, top up by distilled water, fixing of inter connection strips etc. by providing one number skilled & unskilled labour round the clock. , providing control cable 6 core 2.5mm2 , laying control cable 6 core 2.5mm2 from battery room to battery charger including work of opening of trench covers and termination of cable at both end. , supervision charges for the installation of 220 volt dc 500ah(lead acid tubular type) battery bank.
