supply of one time lock/ pad lock sealone time lock/ pad lock seal,one time lock/ pad lock seal (otl) as per cws/bct/11/01. it can be locked by pressing the metal portion towards plastic enclosure and which can be opened only by breaking its plastic body and can not reused. 1) stenciling should be done as sse/c&w/mmr/c.rly with continuation of serial number to be p rinted on one side of plastic body starts from 0001 on plastic body upto 4000. 2) stenciling should be done as sse/c&w/bsl/c.rly with continuation of serial number to be printed on one side of plastic body starts fro m 0001 on plastic body upto 2500. 3) stenciling should be done as sse/c&w/ami/c.rly with continuation of serial number to be printed on one side of plastic body starts from 0001 on plastic body upto 1000.
