estimate are inviting for rates of items/materials for supplying, installation and commissioning ofc/f pump (clear water) havingdischarge 30 m3/hr head 101 m at gumuriarural water supply scheme (electromechanical portion) block-jagnnathpur, west singhbhum under d.w.& s.mechanical division, chaibasa for the year 2025-26.-supplying ,installation and commissioning of multi stage/ horizontal split casing/multi stage centrifugal pump (make: kirloskar / wpil/jyoti/ mather & platt) rating-40hp as per is:5120, capable for discharging 30 m3/hr against a head of 101 m , consisting of bronze impellers, stainless steel pump shaft, etc. with all accessoriescoupled with energy efficient (ie3) tefc squirrel cage induction motor confirming to is:325 and is:12615, having 15% more bhp than that of pump, operating on 1500rpm, 415v, 3 ph, 50 hz[make: kirloskar /abb/cgl/bhel] all complete withrequired size of sluice valve and cidf non- return valve standard fitting, strainers, reducer, foot valve, pressure gauge, ms delivery & suction pipe, common header, nuts & bolts, packings, fitting & fixing, labour & technician, etc. all complete job as per site requirement and direction of e/i. discharging -30 m3/hr and head -101 m (1w + 1s) 40 hp 2 cost towards making new foundation base for pump -motor set and panel including providing new ms base plate as per sample suitable for 40 hp pump- motor set, cutting and welding where necessary, nuts, bolts, flange etc with all labour, tools and materials all complete job. 3 cost towards making suitable suction line by suppling of ms pipe, bend, flange, nut, bolt rubber insertion, including making hole for suction, cutting, welding etc all complete. 4 cost towards making suitable delivery line by suppling of ms pipe, bend, flange, nut, bolt rubber insertion including joining the new suction line to the existing header by means ofcutting, welding etc all complete. 5 providing , erecting and commissioning lt motor control panel board fabricated with ms sheet and painted, dust-vermin proof. floor mounted cubical panel board shall be consisting of proper power distribution 200 a copper busbar- 4 pole, 1 no. 160 a mccbas incoming feeder and 2 nos. 100 a mccb as outgoing feeders for motors,1 no. 100 a mccb as spare feeder (for motor), 2 no. 32a mcb for lighting and other loads. includingselector switches, switch disconnector isolator, voltmeters, ampere meters, mfm, indicator lamps, internal wiring, danger board, protection units & relay, capacitor banks/apfc and 02 nos suitable fasd starter, etc. all complete and as per is and direction of e/i . 6 supplying and erecting 25 sqmm xlpe / pvc insulated, 1100 v grade un-armoured copper cable with isi mark stranded / solid copper conductor complete erected on wall / panel or in provided trench in an approved manner. (from panel to motors). 7 providing and erecting chemical earthing with all required materials etc all complete. 8 cost of 3t triple type chain pully block suitable as below with 6m lift complete with laoad chain and hand chain suitable for avove lift, tested 50% over load as per is 3832 carry isi etc. all complete job as per the site requirement and indian standard. 9 cost towards dismanteling of old pump set and foundation and making arrangements for removal of debries from the pump house.
