tender for creation of multipurpose shed; 1 iron structural shed workwith following works.(i) fabrication of iron structural shed with size of 42.2mtr length x 21.2 mtr width x 7.2mtr centre height x 6 mtr side height.(ii) roof slope shall be 1:4 ratio.(iii) structural member: main column should made of ms 94x94x3.2mm.(iv) purlins should be made of ms 75x42x2.9mm.(v) truss should be made of ms 70x42x3.2mm.(vi) main column foundation work of ms poles with pcc1 :2:3 ms 15 type(vii) application of two types (base coat/primer coat and enamel coat) weather proof protective coating to ms structure.(viii) roof shall provide with 0.5 mm pre coated, pre colored, pre profile galvanized 120gsm sheet.(ix) ridge cover of 0.5 mm thick coated galvanized sheet fixing on the centre point of the shed to prevent the water leakage.(x) sheets should be fixing by 10 nos self bit screw with default rubberized washer to prevent the water leakage. 2 civil and masonry work with following works.(i) site preparation with cleaning, leveling, weed control and wbm.(ii) compaction the prepared site with compactor and roller.(iii) reinforcement with embedding ms bars(iv) placement of concrete mixture of pcc with ratio 1:2:3(v) pcc mixture shall aggregation of 20-25 mm gravels,2-3 mm sand and m20-m30 grade cement.(vi) pouring and placement and leveling with vibrator and making gap for gas permeation.(vii) making a 300mm thick and 7.5 mtr centre height, 6 mtr from side height x 21.2 mtr long brick wall with cement mortar which ration of 1:4 along with vertical and horizontal rcc column according to better strength and requirement.(viii) brick wall finishing with proper plastering work using cement mortar.(ix) making of addressing stage with size of 9 mtr length x 6 mtr width x 0.6 mtr height using material of bricks soil sand wbm gravels cement and compaction for better strength(x) fixing ceramics tiles on top and all around on the stage. (xi) making 3x nos pathway connecting from roads to base of the shed. 3 electrical and wiring work with following works. (i) fixing of 120 watt led flood lights 20 nos on poles for brighten the shed area.(ii) fixing of 10 nos industrial heavy duty wall fan for air circulation in shed area.(iii) wiring for every item with 2.5 mm 2 core copper double insulated wire along with proper dressing.(iv) providing switch socket combination box in adequate distance for use of extra appliances or for personal convenience.
