tender for upkeep of utility plant area. - cleaning and wet mopping floor and glas windows of dcs control room, four office room, dm plant control room, conference room , operating/ground floors of boiler house, tg floor, local control room coal and ash handling control room including tables and chairs free from dust and dirt. 2 cleaning dm plant pressure filter area, filtraton plant, pump house control room, mill water pump area, river water pump area, feed pump area, steam distribution header area.the area should be free from dust and dirt. 3 maintaining the main structure of power boilers, air ducts, steam drum area and buckstays,stairways boiler burner area, coal scale and deaerator floor area. ash/dust to be manually collected in bags and dumped in the area earmarked for the purpose. 4 cleaning of both cooling towers pump area, ash water pumps floor area and removal of algae/debris /mud/dust etc from cooling tower top platform of both cooling towers and its surroundings. 5 keeping the esp floors of boiler no. 1, 2 & 3 free from dust and ash. 6 maintainingtheconveyor areas in coal handling plant free from dirtanddust:conveyornos.c1,c2,c3, c4,05,40,18,12, 13, 14.workincludesmaintainingthe conveyorfloors,includingdeckplates,floorsand platforms,gratings,gravity take up areas, pump sump etc free from dirt, dust & spilled coal. the stones and debris to be shifted to specified area earmarked for the purpose. during cleaning the roof and sides of all conveyor galleries shall also be cleaned. it should be free from dust, dirt and cob webs. 7 maintaining the conveyor area in coal unloading plant free from dirt, dust and spilled coal from the conveyor area, 04, 36, 37 and feeder area, bottom floor of wagon tippler including structural.work includes cleaning the conveyor floors, deck plates, floors & platforms gratings, gravity take up areas pump sump etc. the stones and debris to be shifted to specified area earmarked for the purpose. 8 clean spillage above 2m3 in coal handling units/wagon tippler . impactor house,collectionandremoval of accumulated coal may due to jammingofchutesoverflowing of conveyors/spilled overcoalordue to tripping of conveyors at various locations in coal handling plant impactor house andspilled/ overflowedcoalbelowwagontippler. if the spilled over coal ispossibletofeeddirectlytothe conveyors, it can be done after taking measurements and asperdirectionofengineerinchargeonly.
