tender for motorisation of additional new bay regulatory gate of size 16ft x8.5 ft, fabrication of ms steel shed and electrification of mrc head works akhnoor. , motorisation cum manual operation of regulatory head gate of additional new bay of size 16ft x 8.5ft installed on mrc head works akhnoor. the job is to be executed by way of fabrication of suitable mechanism i.e. gearbox and installation of 3hp, 3phase induction motor or of suitable capacity motor, reduction gear box, rope drum, steel wire rope of suitable size, counter weight & limit switch assembly. providing/fitting of worm reduction gear box for providing the input to winch machine from electrical motor for regulatory function of the gate. job includes providing and fitting of male female coupling shaft attachments for mechanical regulation of the gate in case of any electromechanical defect. job also includes providing and fitting of reversal mechanism for running motor in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction by means of providing and fitting of 01 no. main contactor, 01 no. forward contactor and 01 no. reverse contactor along with 01 no. protection relay inside the electric control panel housing mccb of 63a capacity of l&t/havells or any other equivalent make on outgoing and a single incomer with mcb of 20a capacity connected with bus bar of suitable capacity. the panel shall be provided with led voltmeter, led ammeter and ryb led indicators for visual identification of electrical parameters and the panel shall be compatible with remote functioning. the panel shall be provided with on/off push button switch, push button for upward and downward motion of the gate. the panel shall be installed at a suitable place at mrc head works akhnoor and shall be provided with canopy for protection from weather. the canopy shall be made using ms angle stand and pvc sheet on top as per the site requirement. job also includes fabrication of ms structure for providing and installation of motor and limit switch a
