comprehensive annual maintenance contract camc of vrf outdoor system of voltas make 78 hp for operation theatre 6 nos. along with operation for one year at govt. super specialty hospital, jammu- 1 camc of vrf outdoor system model no.cs- vxv-h730/5r1 of voltas make 26 hp each (total 3 nos. outdoor unit)installed for operation theatres of govt. ssh camc includeservice and repair of the plant for one year by carrying out:1. inspection of plant and carry out preventive maintenance as per the standard practice four times a year.2. checking the refrigeration system, motor and starters for performance and ensuring healthy condition of the plant.3. checking the system for any leaks and rectification of leaks if found including top up and refilling of refrigerant. 4. taking set of readings and evaluating to ensure satisfactory performance of the plant.5. checking the refrigeration control system for operation and adjusting the settings.6. cleaning the evaporator / condenser coils once a year if found necessary.7. overhauling the components of the equipment at site or in service station as and when required.8. replacing the refrigerant as a result of leak in the system arising out of fair wear and tear.9. attending to complaint/break down calls when called upon within 12 hours10. repair/replacement of microprocessor control, pcb and compressors.11. reporting the healthiness of the plant and suggesting improvements if any.the work will be carried out either by voltas personnel or its authorized sub-contractors as directed by voltas. the said job includes repair and replacement of defected parts during the said period 2 operation cost of engaging skilled manpower 03 nos. for running vrf outdoor system model no. cs vxv h730/5 r1 of voltas make 26 hp each 24x7 for 06 nos. operation theatres for one year. the complete job includes taxes, contractor profit and overhead.
