repair of damaged 5000 gph x 120 m head submersible pump set along with rewinding of 20 hp submersible motors and allied works installed at govt. chest diseases hospital, jammu= 1 extraction of submersible pump motor set from the depth of approx. 300 ft by way of engaging heavy duty crane to remove the 6 inch dia. pipelines 30 nos. after removing nut and bolts of each pipe line. the job of extraction and dismantling the individual pipe line includes manual labor. the job also includes lowering the submersible pump/motor after repair /rewinding of same by way of engaging the heavy duty crane and manual labor for lowering. the job includes removing the old gasket and fixing of new gasket. the job also includes assembling the pipelines by way of providing and fitting of new nuts and bolts. the complete job includes cost of material, hire charges of heavy duty crane for two days, labor charges , tool and tackle charges ,taxes etc. 2 repair of damaged 5000 gph x 120 m head submersible pump set unit installed at govt. chest diseases hospital, jammu. the job includes carriage of pump set from govt. chest diseases hospital, bakshi nagar, jammu to workshop, unloading the pump set at the workshop, complete dismantling the motor and pump. job includes repair to submersible pump by way of providing & fitting of 10 nos. new impellers in place of old worn out/damaged impellers, rebuilding of pump shaft by s.s. welding, turning, polishing & finishing to exact size at damaged portions. p/f of new bushes, cotters and neck rings etc. as per sample. p/f of 02 sets of bush housing, studs, nuts, bolts etc. providing/fitting of new thrust pad assembly. the job also includes complete assembling of pump set after complete repair. the job includes cost of material, tool and tackle charges , carriage charges, labour & handling charges ,taxes etc. 3 complete rewinding of 20 hp submersible motor of pump set by extracting out burnt wiring from the motor and then rewinding of motor with new copper wire of suitable gauge as per previous specifications and replacement of bearings and bushes as per old sample. complete assembling of submersible motor & testing in the test pit. fitting of the pump & motor in tie-clamp, testing complete set in the pit at workshop and shifting back to the site on mechanical transport. the job includes cost of material, tool and tackle charges , carriage charges, labour & handling charges ,taxes etc. 4 replacement of burnt out/damaged cable of submersible pump set unit installed at govt. chest diseases hospital, jammu by way of providing and laying of 3 core, 10 sq. mm copper submersible cable approx. 60 meter as per site requirement. the job includes patching of the submersible cable of motor by using patch rolls and insulation tape to make water proof for lowering of submersible pumpset, testing of submersible pumpset on full load by making connections of submersible cable of motor pumpset with the panel and checking/testing of all the electro-mechanical connections with one end of cable fixed in panel and other end with sub motor after properly dressing of cable ends and insulating them properly. complete job includes cost of material, labour, all kinds of taxes & carriage in all respects as per site requirement. 5 up-gradation of existing 63 ampere, three pole power contactor with new 100 ampere, three pole power contactor, type mnx ,conformance to iec 60947-4-1 / is 13947-4-1 by way of extracting out the old contractor from the existing panel and then providing and fitting of new contactor and allied works. the job includes cost of material, tool and tackle charges , carriage charges, labour & handling charges ,taxes etc.
