spares/repairs to snow cat 26 (preet 90 hp) of mechanical and hospital sub division 1st anantnag.- 1 snow cat 26 (preet 90 hp) 2 supply of filter kit for preet 90hp (m oil filter, hydraulic filter, diesel filter and air filter 3 providing and fitting of fog light assembly. h4 12v with lamp 4 providing and fitting ofhydraulic pipe (pressure≥4800 psi) inner dia= 8 mm, length = 12 feet along with collar joints. 5 providing and fitting of diesel pipe 2ft long. 6 providing and fitting of diesel pipe clips. 7 providing and fitting of wiper blade set(01 no,s each) 8 repair to the v-blade assembly of s/c - 26 the job includes demounting the blade assembly from the snow cat and dismantling the blade assembly. then the repairs to the v-blade by means of denting at damaged spots and then painting of the same. the job also includes the repairing the h‑section frame using a single piece of ismc 100×50 mild steel channel, with web depth of 100 mm, flange width of 50 mm, web thickness ~5.0 mm and flange thickness ~8 mm (weighing approx. 9.56 kg/m) restoring the blade’s original shape. finally reassemble the blade components, remount the complete v‑blade onto the snow cat, and conduct alignment and operational testing to verify full functional restoration .all work will be performed in accordance with standard repair practices to ensure the blade is fit for continued operational use.
