supply of spares/repairs/servicing to inspection vehicle jk03f 9971 and jk03l 7238 of mechanical and hospital sub division 1st anantnag.- 1 inspection vehicle jk03f 9971 2 replacement of engine oil, gear oil and transmission oil with the grades as recommended by the oem . the job includes replacement of brake oil,clutch oil and filter kit complete 3 four wheel checking by way dismantling of tyres, wheel hubs, removal of inner and outer bearings, cleanings of all the parts, checking the bearings for any wear & tear etc. refitting all the parts back includingdiesel wash &p/f of multi purposes grease. the job includes replacement of worn out brake shoes (disk brakes for front wheels and brake lining for rear wheels).the job also includes replacement of worn out wheel bearing (inner outer) 4 denting and painting of the front bumper, rhs running board andboth the windows/doors of right hand sideafter aligning the bumper & windows/doors and then sanding the rectified areas,applying automotive grade putty and wet sanding,then applying automotive primer two coats and paint( white ) as per the original body paint .all the leads and lifts are in the scope of contractor.the job also includes repairing/fixing of rhs foot step. 5 providing fitting of 12v fog lamp with cover (yellow light) by replacing the damaged ones. 6 providing and fittingtowel type seat cover of highest grade & quality(cotton fabric) 7 re-tensioning of leaf spring assembly (front and rear suspension system) by way of dismantling the whole leaf spring suspension and then retensioning of each leaf spring by way of cold hammering the leaf spring to required tension. then assembling the whole leaf spring suspension assembly on the vehicle. the job also includes replacment of worn out suspension bush,centre bolts and balance rod bushes with greasing of suspension and propeller shaft etc. all the leads and lifts are in the scope of the executing firm. 8 jk03l 7238 9 re-tensioning of leaf spring assembly (front and rear suspension system) by way of dismantling the whole leaf spring suspension and then retensioning of each leaf spring by way of cold hammering the leaf spring to required tension. then assembling the whole leaf spring suspension assembly on the vehicle. the job also includes replacment of worn out suspension bush,centre bolts and balance rod bushes with greasing of suspension and propeller shaft etc. all the leads and lifts are in the scope of the executing firm.
