appointment of project management agency for providing consultancy services for assisting and supporting in project management and quality monitoring to kpdcl for works under ut-capex, distt-capex, pri / ddc, dc works and other ut scheme- consultancy fees for material inspection and conduct of jmc for orders where only material supply/procurement is involved 3 consultancy fees for both material inspection, quality monitoring and jmc verification in case of sitc/full turnkey orders 4 consultancy fees for only work quality monitoring with jmc verification of work done in case of pure itc nature of works (where material is provided by kpdcl o&m divisions)
