tender for construction of community hall at ad colony in neikulam panchayat.; 1 construction of community hall at ad colony in neikulam panchayat.earth work excavation and depositing on banks with initial lead and lift in gravelly soil stiff clay, hard stiff clay, murram, boulders mixed with gravel as per ss 20-b for foundation. 2 filling m-sand including cost and conveyance loading unloading from approved quarry to work site and labour charges for filling, ramming, etc. complete 3 cement concrete (1:4:8) mix using 40mm iss hbg metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification. 4 refilling in foundation and basement with excavated earth in layer of not more than 15cm thick 5 reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm hbgs metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete., 6 supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as rcc slab,lintel,beam coloum,sunshade etc complete., below 7 supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as rcc slab,lintel,beam coloum,sunshade etc complete., above sill level 8 brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 83/4x41/4x21/4 for foundation and basement and superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materiales curing etc ,complete. 9 supplying and fabrication,placing in position of mild steel or ribbed tor steel grils for rcc works inculding cost of steel and binding wire etc. 10 brick jelly lime concrete by using 20 mm brick jelly with lime in the ratio of 32 : 12.5 including cost conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing laying compacting well beaten with wooden batens etc complete 11 finishing the top of roof with one course of pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm laid in cement mortor 1 : 3 and pointing with the same mortor mixed with water proof compound including cost and conveyance off all materials and labour charges etc complete 12 supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed rcc surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. it shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
