mtps-ii - mi circle - bm division - aoh / coh 2025-26 – erection and operation of temporary maintenance platform / sky climber, applying refractory around the burners, ofa area, providing guide pipe for inserting steel wire rope inside pent house area and its allied works- 1 charges for transportation, assembling and dismantling of temporary maintenance platform / sky climber for shut down maintenance works. 2 operation of temporary maintenance platform / sky climber as per the requirements to assist various overhauling works such as boiler cleaning, tube thickness survey etc., 3 shifting the temporary maintenance platform / sky climber inside the furnace for access of lhs/rhs side. 4 shifting the temporary maintenance platform / sky climber inside the furnace for access of front/ rear side. 5 transporting of refractory, unloading at site, leading, lifting, stacking at 9m elevation of boiler, chipping removal of old defective refractory, cleaning, surface preparation, mixing the refractory with water application, transporting to the burner elevations through sky climber, applying refractory in burner at various elevation and ofa area. 6 providing guide pipe for inserting steel wire rope inside pent house area from 71 mtr to 82 mtr along with dummy flange, removing & refixing of insulation double layer (60mm + 60mm = 120mm thick) inside pent house area after completion of works, providing shuttering for refractory and applying new refractory in the header inside pent house including material drawal from stores and transportation to required elevation from 0 mtr area and hire charges etc.,
