mtps- ii – mill plant division – reconditioning of existing wornout & strucked classifier vane assembly of any 2 nos of coal mills during aoh 2025 -26.=- 1 charges for opening the man hole doors, arranging platform inside the mill from grinding table area to classifier inner cone for accessing and transportation of men and materials as per direction of engineer-in-charge including hire charges for t & ps and cost of consumables. 2 charges for arranging approaching platform inside the classifier inner cone to access the classifier vanes at both sides all around the classifier vane areaas per direction of engg-in-charge including hire charges for t&ps and cost of consumables. 3 charges for dismantling the classifier vane connecting link rod assemblies of each vane of classifier for all the 30 nos of classifier vanes as per direction of engg-in-charge and transporting to the mill repair bay area including hire charges for t & ps and cost of consumables. 4 charges for dismantling the classifier vanes drive shaft assemblies 2 nos at the mill classifier top by dismantling the classifier vane adjusting positioning arm, indicator and shaft seating assembly and drive shaft assembly after cutting and removing the drive shaft from inside the classifier at the hinge point including hire charges for t & ps and cost of consumables. 5 charges for cutting and dismantling the classifier vanes 30 nos one by one by cutting and removing the vane shafts one by one and transporting the vane assemblies to mill repair bay area including charges consumables & t&p charges etc., 6 charges for classifier vane shaft seating top classifier plate cutting and tapping ø32 mm tappings x 28 nos in accordance to the vertical alignment centre andclassifier vane shaft seating bottom seating flange cutting and tapping ø32 mm tappings x 30 nos in accordance to the vertical alignment centre using magnetic centre portable vertical drilling machine & flexible grinding machine including charges for consumables and t&p charges etc., 7 charges for dismantling and removing all the existing vane shafts 28 nos from the released vane assemblies & cutting and removing the existing hinge support assemblies from classifier vane blades each 2 nos (total 60 nos) and grinding the classifier vanes as per the required dimensions for free operation during runningas per direction of engg-in-charge including hire charges for t&ps and cost of consumables. 8 charges for fabrication of new classifier vane drive shaft of size ø30 mm x 500 mm length x 28 nos including cost of required en24 material cost and charges for fabrication of additional bottom hinge support plate of size 150mmx100mmx16mm thk x 30 nos as per direction of engg-in-charge including hire charges for t & ps and cost of consumables. 9 charges for machining of top, middle & bottom hinge support plates of size 150mmx100mmx16mm thk x 90 nos for providing brass bush of size od:45mm id:30mm by drilling and tapping 90 nos of ø45mm holes on all the hinge plates, charges for fabrication of 90nos of brass bushes of od:45mm id:30mm and charges for hydraulic press fit in all the 90 nos brass bushes in hinge plates and locking with 6 mm grub screw tappings and providing 270 nos 6mm grub screwsas per direction of engg-in-charge including hire charges for t&ps and cost of consumables. 10 charges for assembling the classifier vane shaft assemblies inside the classifier of mill one by one with proper alignment and clearances as per direction of engg-in-charge including transportation of the newly fabricated classifier vane shafts 28 nos, drive shafts 2 nos and hinge plates assembled with brass bush 90 nos, 2 nos thrust bearings along with fabricated bearing seating cover assemblies 2 nos including hire charges for t&ps and cost of consumables. 11 charges for connecting the link rods for each vane assemblies and assembling and connecting the drive shaft assemblies and checking for free operation of the classifier vane system and making required corrections, rewelding and closing all the tappings on the classifier top body and vane bottom seating flange bottom side by welding with ms dummy cover plates and dismantling of all the platforms inside the classifier and mill inside area and successful commissioning of classifier vane operating system as per direction of engg-in-charge including hire charges for t & ps and cost of consumables.
