tender for overhauling of electrolyser 1set (consisting of 3 nos) at stream-a in the electro chlorination plant during aoh 25-26; 1 charges for removing the busbar terminals in electrolyzer both positive end and negative end separately, disconnect the vent lines/hydrogen separator and its connected lines, removing 1 no electrolyser with flow rate 51kg/hr from bed and place it horizontally on the ecp working area, removing the top & bottom outer flange of electrolyser, removing the titanium fin plates from the frp chamber, removing guide vanes, pvc top & bottom plates, after removing inspection, high pressure water cleaning & complete acid cleaning electrolyser including cost of consumables and t&p hire charges 2 charges for re-assembling the dismantled pvc top & bottom plates, guide vanes and the titanium fin plates in the frp chamber, reassemble the top & bottom frp outer flange of electrolyser, re-erecting 1 no electrolyser with flow rate 51kg/hr in bed, reconnecting the busbar terminals in electrolyzer both positive end and negative end separately, reconnecting the vent lines and its connected lines & commissioning, consumables, leading & lifting and t&p hire charges.
