mtps ii - mi - bm – aoh / coh 2025-26 - boiler 1st pass, 2nd pass & inter pass - cleaning of boiler tubes by buffing wheel, conducting tube thickness survey with arrangement of platform by walkway board.- 1 cleaning of tubes by buffing wheel to facilitate tube thickness survey at boiler ii pass area such that, hra front wall, hra enclosure wall (front, rear, left & right), roof superheater, rear water wall screen tubes, ltsh lower, upper bank & vertical section, ltrh lower, upper bank & vertical section, economizer lower, upper bank & hanger tubes in sh & rh side and other areas wherever required. 2 providing the assistance for boiler tube thickness survey in the boiler pressure parts. 3 conducting tube thickness survey in at boiler ii pass area such that, hra front wall, hra enclosure wall (front, rear, left & right), roof superheater, rear water wall screen tubes, ltsh lower, upper bank & vertical section, ltrh lower, upper bank & vertical section, economizer lower, upper bank & hanger tubes in sh & rh side and other areas wherever required. including the hire charges for ultrasonic thickness gauge (where thickness survey cannot to be taken, erosion should be checked by visually and physically). 4 cleaning of tubes by buffing wheel to facilitate tube thickness survey at final reheater & primary reheater from 63 mtr to 73 mtr elevation and other areas wherever required. 5 providing the assistance for boiler tube thickness survey final reheater & primary reheater from 63 mtr to 73 mtr elevation in the boiler. 6 conducting tube thickness survey final reheater & primary reheater from 63 mtr to 73 mtr elevation in the boiler including the hire charges for ultrasonic thickness gauge. (where thickness survey cannot to be taken, erosion should be checked by visually and physically). 7 cleaning water wall tubes by buffing for required area to facilitate tube thickness survey at water wall tubes. 8 providing assistance for tube thickness survey in water wall tubes. 9 conducting tube thickness survey in water wall tubes including the hire charges for ultrasonic thickness gauge. (where thickness survey cannot to be taken, erosion should be checked by visually and physically). 10 cleaning platen super heater & final super heater coils with clamping tubes by buffing for required area to facilitate tube thickness survey. 11 providing assistance for tube thickness survey in platen super heater & final super heater coils with clamping tubes. 12 conducting tube thickness survey in platen super heater & final super heater coils with clamping tubes including the hire charges for ultrasonic thickness gauge. (where thickness survey cannot to be taken, erosion should be checked by visually and physically). 13 arrangement of platform and scaffolding materials and erection of the same wherever required in the boiler area for tube thickness survey & rectification work and transporting the scaffolding materials.note: platform provide only walk way board.
