mtps-ii – bm – aoh / coh 2025-26 - replacing the sealing ring in hydro plug of cold reheater (crh) & hot reheater (hrh), after dismantling the top plate, bonnet ring, its accessories and restoring the hydro plug and its allied works- 1 remove the beam, centre piece 60mm thk by cutting, top plate, bonnet ring bolt remove by grinding and using with hydraulic jack & jig from hydro plug of cold reheater (crh) & hot reheater (hrh). the top plate is machining outer diameter after metal filled by weldingand re-drill, tapping in the damaged area of bonnet ring. including cost of welding electrodes, machining, grinding, drilling, all consumables, tools and plants etc., 2 assemble the sealing ring, bonnet ring, top plate and its accessories with proper alignment of sealing to aviod steam leak from hydro plug of cold reheater (crh) & hot reheater (hrh) while unit under service including cost of all consumables, tools and plants etc., 3 supply of stud & nut m24 x 220mm
