mtps-ii – bm – aoh / coh 2025-26 - overhauling of secondary air dampers, tertiary air dampers, burner cooling air dampers and ofa in boiler wind box area of front, rear side & burner cooling air damper actuator shifting to outside from secondary air duct as per request by c&i division- 1 removal of link between the power cylinder and dismantling of bearing covers, inspection of bearings, renewal of bearings if required, greasing and ensuring no mechanical struck up and restoration of link with power cylinder etc., in burner cooling air dampers including charges for scaffolding etc., 2 removal of link between the power cylinder and dismantling of bearing covers, inspection of bearings, renewal of bearings if required, greasing and ensuring no mechanical struck up and restoration of link with power cylinder etc., in secondary air dampers in each burner elevations. 3 releasing struck up in tertiary air dampers of boiler burner assembly, including charges for consumables and hire charges for t&ps & renewal of damaged guide pipe if any. 4 ensuring the freeness for operation in tertiary air dampers of boiler burner assembly, including charges for consumables and hire charges for t&ps. 5 ensuring the freeness for operation in ofa dampers of boiler burner assembly, including charges for consumables and hire charges for t&ps. 6 patch up welding works in wornout area (or) crack portion of flaps in secondary air dampers, including charges for consumables and hire charges for t&ps 7 removal of insulation double layer (60mm + 60mm = 120mm thick) for approach secondary air dampers left & right side of (each area) in boiler area and refixing after completion of works. 8 removing, cutting, welding the eroded / damaged portion of flame scanner assembly with ss wire braided flexible hose from hfo, ldo & coal in burner as per request of c&i division & as per site condition during inspection of forthcoming aoh 25-26 and reassemble after reconditioning works. 9 fabrication and erection of structures in outside of secondary duct in boiler area for burner air cooling damper actuator mounting position is shifted to approach area for access the actuator instead of over the secondary duct as per request of c&i division., which involves marking, cutting, welding and fabrication of platforms including painting, t&ps hire and consumables charges.
