tender for nctps - ii- m-i circle – bm dn. – unit-ii – aoh 2025-26 esp 2 streams c&d.; 1 charges for complete inspection of esp collecting electrodes, emitting electrodes, ‘u’ guide, shock bar, shock bar angle and its guide, hanging structures, frames of collecting & emitting electrodes and aligning the collecting & emitting electrodes to designed span, cleaning of all support insulators with c.r.c andattending minor repair works including consumables and t&p’s. 2 charges for inspection of complete collecting electrode rapping mechanism such as shafts, inner & outer arms, plain bearings, rapping & non-rapping side shock bar guide plates, shock bar pads, sleeve tubes, set rings, cerm couplings & its clutches, renewal of gear box oil and attending tack welding & bolting., including consumables and t&p’s. 3 charges for inspection of complete emitting electrode rapping mechanism (eerm) such as vertical and horizontal shafts, pin wheel arrangements, plain bearings, thrust/split bush bearings, inner & outer arms, shock bar frames, sleeve tubes, set rings, eerm grip couplings and attending minor tack welding, bolting, etc., cleaning of shaft insulator with c.t.c., renewal of gear box oilincluding consumables and t&p’s. 4 charges for reconditioning the existing damaged collecting plate/ electrode and fixing with line in proper manner as per the direction of engineer incharge including consumables and t&p’s. 5 charges for renewal of wornout shock bar pad by cutting & removal of wornout shock bar pad and replaced by a new one then bolting with shock bar assembly & tack welding including consumables and t&ps. 6 charges for renewal of wornout plain bearings by cutting & removal of wornout plain bearings in cerm/eerm shaft and fixing of new/reconditioned one then aligning, bolting and tack welding including consumables and t&p’s. 7 charges for renewal of cerm/eerm wornout inner/outer arm by cutting & removal of wornout inner/outer arm in cerm/eerm shaft and fixing of new one then aligning, bolting and tack welding includingconsumables and t&p’s. 8 charges for renewal of wornout/elongated emitting electrode from its frame and fixing of new one using stretching tools including consumables and t&p’s. 9 charges for renewal of support/shaft insulator by locking/arresting of field frame/shaft, releasing of its lock nut & defective support/shaft insulator. fixing of new support/shaft insulator, bolting, releasing of field frame/shaft from arresting and aligning as per the norms including consumables and t&ps. 10 charges for reconditioning of defective/bent shock bar guide plate rapping/non-rapping side by releasing of existing defective/bent shock bar guide plates one at a time. reconditioning of defective shock bar guide plates by removal of bent & straightend by torch heating, refixing to its original position, postioning and then tac weld properly. aligning the collecting electrodes with original span within the norms including consumables and t&p’s. 11 charges for renewal of wornout cerm shaft by dismantling of plain bearings, inner & outer arm from cerm shaft and cutting & removal of existing wornout shaft from its position. fixing and positioning of new shaft, refixing of released plain bearings, inner & outer arm hammers with new shaft then bolting & tack welding and aligning with span within the norms including consumables and t&p’s. 12 charges for welding of eroded and weaken welding joints in esp internal structural frames & esp hoppers above from 9 mtrs elevation in hopper using e.7018 overcord/super bond welding rod. this work involves complete inspection of welding joints in collecting & emitting electrode structural frames, esp inner casing wall and welding of eroded weaken joints (by metal filling) as directed by the engineer in charge including consumables and t&ps.
