(a)nameof the manufacturer or trade. (b) serial no. of the pump, (c) total head and discharge. (d) speed in revolution per minute at rated output, motor :- make:- ksb/cri / preferably ksb, type:- submersible,rating :suitable for above parameters, type:- submersible. class of insulation : suitable for above rating the submersible motor shall be squirrel cage induction type and the winding shall be wet type .the motor winding and bearing bushes of the rotary shall be cooled/ lubricated by water . the motor shall be provided with name plategiving following details/information. a) nameof the manufacturer or trade,b) serial no of the motor, c) frequency in hz, d) number of phases, e) rated output inkw/hp, f) rated voltage and including connection, g) speed in revolution per minute at rated output, h) approx current in amp.at rated output. the pumping and motor shall becoupled through suitable coupling and shall be provided with. a) suitable g.i nipples as per site requirent to connect the unit to column pipes, b) suitable interelocking arrangement fabricated outof suitable size ms strips to prevent detachment of pump and motor in case of failure of coupling.
