supply of ultrasonic flowmeters for bcpl , total supply price to include for all mandatory spares, commissioning spares, special tools and tackles etc., as applicable & documentation as per mr. , bidder to list along with quotation for two years operation and maintenance spares, as per vendor recommendation. separate list shall be provided by the bidder for each item / group in the format enclosed herewith with itemized cost. ordering of these spares may be done by the purchaser separately on a later date and not along with main equipment. the price of two years operation and maintenance spares shall not be considered for commercial ( price ) evaluation of the bid. , the inspection and testing charges shall be considered in line with scc-goods and its amendment, if any. , bidder shall furnish the break-up of built-in cif value against each quoted item, giving details of description of goods, qty. rate of custom duty etc. in attached cif format-a8 , in case of discrepancies in the item description / quantity in this sop, description / quantity etc. as per mr shall prevail. , per diem charges quoted by the bidder shall be in accordance with the terms & conditions for supervision services enclosed with the rfq. 3 ( three ) days of visit for group a, 1 ( one ) day of visit for group b, 1 ( one ) day of visit for group c and 2 ( two ) days of visit for group d shall be considered for evaluation purpose based on the per diem rate to be quoted by vendor, however the actual payment for supervision of erection, testing & commissioning shall be based on actual days consumed at site for carrying out these activities. , bidders to quote applicable gst rates in schedule of prices. , this schedule of prices comprises the following : - schedule of prices ( format-a ) - supply of two years operation & maintenance spares as per mr ( format-a1 ) - schedule of price for supervision ( format-a2 ) - details of built-in-cif value of import content ( raw materials ) ( format-a8 ) - bid details and gst details ( format-a9 ) - schedule of pricefor unit rates for addition / deletion ( format-a11 ) , i ) bidders must submit this preamble with their bid with both unpriced & priced offer. ii ) bidders are requested to enter their name in the each page of excel file / pdf file of schedule of price provided in the e-tender portal for submission of unpriced & price bid
