tender for it enabled day and night illuminated led acrylic laser carved fancy light posts (full body lighting of 8ft) for binka nac on engineering, procurement & construction (epc) mode contract , part 3: it enabled day and night illuminated led acrylic laser carved fancy light posts (full body lighting of 8ft) for binka nac on engineering, procurement & construction (epc) mode contract , part 3: it enabled day and night illuminated led acrylic laser carved fancy light posts (full body lighting of 8ft) for binka nac on engineering, procurement & construction (epc) mode contract. ? special designed fancy street light posts with body and head lightings supported by ss304 pole body as required of total height minimum 12 feet. ? the pole will be of ss304 of 2.5 dia. and 10ft height. out of which 8 will be the body with day and night illuminated. ? the body of the pole out of which 8 feet will be made up of 3mm acrylic sheet (of required colour and design) with it enabled acp router/ laser carved (of required colour and design) would be based over 1x 1 square pipe of ss304 for border frames of size- 8x8 and of 8ft height. 8 nos. of led rod of 3.5 height of 22 watts each to be installed inside it for illumination (of required colour). ? at the top, a head light with aluminum casting of minimum of 30 height will be placed. a driver based led of 50 watt of warm white color will be used for the top illumination. ? the bottom end part of the pole of fancy light post will be covered with designed multi-layer frp base (with pot-like design) of dimension - 10 base dia. and 4 top dia., having golden colour. additionally, 2nos. of multi-layer frp designed rings of 3 height & 4 dia., will be provided over the base pole, for better look. ? the entire pole will be supported with required civil and mechanical foundation as required. underground foundation supported with a 2 depth x 1 length x 1 breadth reinforced cement concrete civil foundation and plinth as required inside the ground. underground base will be made by digging 2ft underneath, and filling it with concrete and securing the concrete with a baseplate. the cast iron base design will be joined with the base plate with nut bolts. ? base plate at bottom would be of 10 mm thickness x 10 x 10 size ms plate. ? nuts would be of minimum 8/10 mm * 4 numbers and the required height would be of 2 feet as required. ring size would be of 8/10 mm rods, with base plate of 8/10 mm. ? the foundation of the street pole is depending upon the available conditions. ? the dimensions mentioned in this specification are tentative only may differ a bit. ? these street light posts can be installed at required locations of the road / parks / open areas for beautification as required. ? power supply? 200 watt per pole, external power supply: 220 - 240v ac, 50hz. ? environment ? operating temperature: -20°c to 80°c humidity - 0 to 100% rh pressure - +/- 10%. ? the physical damage caused through wind and other factors, the cloud bursting, lighting damages, voltage fluctuations and the theft are not considered under our scope. ? the night electricity connection will be availed by the nac, binka of power supply as required. , detailed design and maintaining the changes as required of the projects. , consultation and engineering supervision. , complete transportation, handling and storage as required. , contingency and risk consideration. , miscellaneous and overheads as required. , annual maintenance contract for 1 year. please enable macros to view boq information
