tender for it enabled day and night illuminated led acrylic digital graphics entry / exit for papakshya ghat, binka on engineering, procurement & construction (epc) mode contract. , part 8: it enabled day and night illuminated led acrylic digital graphics entry / exit for papakshya ghat, binka on engineering, procurement & construction (epc) mode contract proposed site: 60ft x 15ft , technical specifications: • overall size of digital graphics - 20 feet x 2.5feet. • the digital graphics will be fitted on the pre-existing pillars of the entry wall of papakshya ghat binka, by proper means of suspension and support. • full ms panel structure work to be fabricated to hold the complete structure and frame of the digital graphics. • the entire digital graphics will be made by acp cladding on both the sides over the structural frame i.e. front-back-sides. • 3mm acp of city bond or any reputed brands is to be used, colour: ivory/ cream as required. • the digital graphics will be consisting of: • binka nac logo on the extreme left of size: 2ft dia., it will be made up of acrylics with uv printing/ vinyl pasting. • led acrylics letters stating ??????? ???, ?????? of size: 12inches, in the front side of the graphical display & ??????? of size: 12inches, in the back side of the graphical display. the letters will be made up of acrylics of cherry red colour. the letters will be having module led inside for illumination. • led acrylic letters: • the letters should be of 3d with a minimum thickness 2.5 inches. • the side raising with 2-3 of aluminum with ss finish. • the letters will be made up of led acrylics as front design with design layers. 3-4mm thick acrylics of make: migra cipta/ sinkolite brand. • there would be a 1 border with led strip light of red/ warm white or any desired colour all around the borders of the graphical display, by making an extended canopy, to create a backlighting effect. • it enabled digital graphics module led (make: hisign) supported by smps to be used for the individual letters and for all logos. • main structure: the outer frame of the structure would be made up of gi angles of 65mm x 65mm x 5 mm thickness all around. this structure would be supported by 50mm x 50mm x 5 mm gi angles for acting as rib to be placed 4 feet apart of the entire structure. approximate weight of the structure would be around 500 kgs. • pillars: the pillars are pre-existing of 15ft height. the pillars will be acp cladded. vinyl will be pasted on top of the acp with any historical or traditional design. both the pillars would be backlighted by using running leds (of make: wipro/ arihant/ hi-sign) with a lucrative look around. • on the top of the structure: - • mahadev with trishul logo: to be installed above the graphical display in the center. this logo will be illuminated from both sides i.e, front-back. • size: of at least 3 height, 3 width. • it will be made up of acrylic with vinyl pasted on front facing supported by led upon acp with 2/3 aluminum side raising. • it will be fabricated using ms-channel, and reinforced with ms-sheet for better strength and rigidity, by means of welding in order to create a seamless join. • nandi (sitting position): to be installed above the graphical display on both sides of the mahadev logo. these logos will be illuminated from both sides i.e, front-back. • size: height of at least 2 and width at least 3. • it will be made up of acrylic with vinyl pasted on front facing supported by led upon acp with 2/3 aluminum with ss side raising. • special lighting effects: • light will be focused to these statues for special effect lighting. • the roof and floor of the graphical display would be made up of acp. • the floor ceiling would be fitted with 2 green and 1 pink designed drop lights. • there would be canopy for external lights to be focused on each side of the pillars as required. • detailed earthling engineering design and work should be carried out as required to avoid the thunderbolts and lighting related damages. • power supply: 2 to 3 kw, external power supply: 220 - 240v ac, 50hz, 33-amp 12v dc water resistant power supply. • environment: operating temperature: -20°c to 80°c humidity - 0 to 100% rh pressure - +/- 10%. • the physical damage caused through wind and other factors, cloud bursting, lighting damages, voltage fluctuations and the theft would not be considered under amc. • the electricity connection will be availed by the nac, binka of minimum 2-3 kw as required. , detailed design and maintaining the changes as required of the projects. , consultation and engineering supervision. , complete transportation, handling, storage and hence then installation as required. , contingency and risk consideration. , miscellaneous and overheads as required. , annual maintenance contract for 1 year. please enable macros to view boq information
