f.o.r . supply of fibrizer rotor as per existing fibrizer rotor of 2500 tcd as per our specification from reputed manufacturers , supply of new fibrizer rotor as per existing fibrizer rotor of 2500 tcd , specifications - a) swing dia of fibrizer -1830 mm. b) cane carrier width- 1525 mm c) hub suitable for 44 nos hammers d) thickness of fabricated hub-50 mm / suite to design. e) diameter of shaft at hub 310 mm f) journal dia 200 mm. g) shaft length approx 3800 mm h) bearing center as per existing shaft. i) pocket in hubs to be made as per existing hammers. j) material of shaft should be 45c8 quality as per is:1570 with materials test.certificate duly ultrasonically tested with certificate. k) shaft bearing size should be according to provided sleeve h-3144 and self aliging spherical roller bearing 23144k. the hub must be hardfaced with l&t chrom,carb n-6006 electrode. l-rotor with shaft is to be supplied in complete form, ready to fit condition with all its adopter/withdrawl sleeves, c.i. side rings and bering with sleeves. m-the rotor mist be dynamicaly balanced after fitting the fly wheels note- fly wheel bore should be as pr shaft size and duly fitted firmly.
