tender for up gradation of tissue culture lab puff panelling work; 1 providing and fixing solid 80mm thick double skin panel for clean room in walls/ partitions, made up of 0.6mm thick (tct) polyester powder coated g.i. sheet on both sides of panel, filled cfc free puff of (density 40kg/cum), including other required acessories, end channels/floor runner, silicon application at desired locations complete in all respect. the finished area on site shall be measured for payment. deduction shall be made for all cutouts/ openings measuring more than 1.5sqm. each panel shall be having one vertical concealed pvc conduit 32mm dia for making electrical circuits. 2 providing and fixing double skin door leaf (single/double), 44 mm thick made out of 0.8mm thick gpsp metal sheet including 38 density puf infillied. the finish shall be 50 microns epoxy powder coating and will have provision of fixing hardware excluding cost of hardware but including cost ofs.s hinges 125 x 64 x 1.9mm, door drop seal and concealed tower bolt, appropriate size see through double glass with air gap in between complete in all respect. 3 providing and fixing single rebate door frame of required size made out of 1.2 mm thick g.i. sheet formed to single rigid profile of size 80mm x 45mm. the door frame shall have back plates as reinforcement on all jaws for taking all hardwares, including fixing in position with anchor bolts. the door frame shall be 50 microns epoxy powder coated including fixing of high quality rubber gasket for sealing it with shutter. the rebate shall be suitable for fixing of shutter of required thickness. 4 providing and fixing heavy duty door closer, sleek design of dorma/ yale/ godrej make or equivalent make. 5 providing and fixing 70mm heavy duty cylinderical stainless steel dead lock i/e s.s. cap for key & rubber buffer (dorma/yale/godrej) or equivalent make. 6 providing and fixing heavy duty stainless steel c shape handless of size 300mm. 7 providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing inaluminium windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear float glass both side, having 12 mm air gap, including providing epdm gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (both primary and secondary sealant) etc. as per specifications, drawings and direction of engineer-in-charge complete. 8 providing and fixing pvc/alluminium coving 40x40 mm at 90° junction of walls & wall, roof and wall i/c sillicon application at ends.
