tender for annual maintenance contract for clearing of drainage, road, valley gutters, etc. in mk plant premises.; 1 sweeping & clearing the road surfaces and premises daily excluding sunday & holidays infront of administrative office. 2 sweeping & clearing the road surfaces weekly 3 times around lawn area of vtc, workers rest shed and outside weigh bridge i.e. adjacent to scooter shed. 3 clearing the road surface weekly 3 times including brushing and removal of dust particles from all roads in msp premises such as main entrance to minerals godown, main entrance to furnace oil yard, road on the east of msp and front of mechanical maintenance, front of mechanical workshop, front of diesel yard, back side of minerals & project godown, etc. 4 clearing the drainage including removal of silt and slush and clearing the drainage without any blockages (weekly once) in plant area, co-operative store to zop well, front of eme,drainage around msp, civil, electrical & mechanical workshop, administrative office entrance to aramvilai pond, back side of project and minerals godown, back side of ilmenite godown, canteen (back side & north side) & stp area, etc. 5 removal of sand spillages once in a month from ac/aluminium sheet roofing, valley gutters and rcc roof and rcc gutters of the buildings in plant area such as msp, rotary drier shed, raw sand godown, project & ilmenite godown, minerals godown, electrical & mechanical workshop, laboratory, time office, dispensary & administrative office, co-operative store, hpu, vtc, zircon godown, monazite goown, garnet godown, garnet rework section, etc. 6 cutting and removal of debris sand/ash, metal scrap,dry leaves, etc., laying over plant premises and road surfaces, disposal yard, etc., including scrapping, heaping and conveying the same through mechanical means and dumping the same with in a lead of 2 km, etc., complete (payment will be made on the basis of company weigh bridge records). the work should be carried out based on the requirement and should be carried out within 3 days of oral/written intimation of engineer-in-charge.
