repair of 36 inch dia clarifier , repairing of 36 dia clarifier , replacement ofbottom tray plate & top roofplate of compartment no. 3 & 4 and flocculating chamber of 36’ diaclarifier details of work to be done:- i) complete cell replacement with bottom tray plate of flocculating chamber of clarifier(after dismantling of old worn out cell) as per original existing degree of angle and segments. ii) complete replacement of bottom tray plate of compartment no. 3 & 4 with new m.s. plate of 10mm thickness(after dismantling of old worn out bottom plate of compartment no. 3 & 4) as per original existing degree of angle and segments. iii) complete replacement of top roof plate of compartment no. 4 of clarifier with new m.s. plate of 10mm thickness (after dismantling of old worn out top roof plate ) as per original existing degree of angle and segments. iv) fitting of mud seal, mud scrapper with arms and replacement of worn out mud scrapper & arms and giving successful leak proof trial during crushing season after completing above jobs. note:- ms plate, angle & consumable items will be provided by factory. , checking of central shaft/mud scraperdrive of 36’ diaclarifier after dismantling worm wheel & accessories. after checking the central shaft re-assembling the drive & shaft and giving successful trial.
