construction repair & renovation of works e type qtr. at tangi (je qtr) for the year 2025-26.- 1 fly ash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) using fly ash bricks of 9/10 size having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use with watering, curing including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, labour with t&p required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. in superstructure 2 16 mm thick cement plaster in cm ( 1: 6) over brick work inside surface of the wall including cost carriage royalty taxes and watering & curring etc.complete as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 1st floor 3 supplying, fitting & fixing of two track upvc sliding windows of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame ,shutters and all fitttings & all fixtures including cost of materials all taxes labour t & p etc complete as per direction of enginner -in charge. 4 providing and fixing isi marked 35 mm thick flush door shutters conferming to is:2202 (part-i) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak three ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters of approve design including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc.complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. 5 supplying ,fitting ,fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with balustrade of size 32x32x2mm @0.90 mtr. c/c and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32x32x2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing , polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of alll materials, labour, t&p etc required for the etc complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. 6 painting two coats with good enamel paint over a coat of primer / red oxide on iron works including cost, conveyance & taxes of all materials, t&p, labour charges etc complete as per the instruction of e.i.c. first floor 7 finishing walls with water proofing weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade including cost of paint etc. complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. first floor 8 supplying, fitting & fixing of granite tiles of minimum above 0.40 sqm.
