restoration of m / c-ii at chep-iii ( part of replacement of shaft and r&m of turbineshaft of unit-ii ) - 1 complete dismantling of machinery at site, transportation of machinery including loading, unloading of machinery to & fro from works of firm to the site including fulfilling of necessary formalities for transportation, complete insurance covering transportation , handling & execution of work and thereafter assembly of the machine 2 generator shaft balancing 3 runner balancing including filling of cavitations. 4 replacement of ring fitter of runner. 5 turbine shaft polishing. 6 replacement of coupling sleeve of the shaft. 7 rebabbitting and replacement of thrust pads & journal pads 8 replacement of old andfilling of new turbine oil in glop, tlop 9 misc item that includes replacement of heat gauges / rtds and restoration of alarm / tripping of machine on rise of temperature beyond set limits, replacement of speed sensor, proximity sensor. verification , checking& corrective action to restore all controls and interlocking ofturbine auxiliary control panel including annunciation , alarm , switches & meters verification , checking& corrective action as required in generator panel , lavt panel, ngr panel etc, verification , checking& corrective action as required in generator lubrication oil plant for healthy operation, checking of turbine generator assembly auxiliary systems, vibration measurements and unforeseen items at site. 10 verification , checking & corrective action including re-casting of turbine generator foundation, base plates, leveling, centering etc., leveling ¢ering of three bearings and final testing & commissioning of the machine
