( video to be provided post cleaning ) . 5 cleaning of sea chests by way of hydrojet nozzle entering through gratings. includes opening of sea chest grating, removal of marine growth , barnacle, flaking paint etc as er qis enclosed. ( video to be provided post cleaning ) . 6 cleaning of sea tubes / obds . includes removal ofmarine growth, barnacles , flaking paint etc.as per qis enclosed. ( video to be provided post cleaning ) . 7 in-water survey by means of uw videography and still photography of critical location and measurenment of clearances of shafts, rudders and propellers. survey of hull structure till boot top, rudder, propeller, shaft spaces, etc. photography of locations of suspect areas, areas entailing repair, area where dents / pitting / excessive corrosive in observed.measurement of clearances of shafts ( 02 ) , rudders ( 02 ) and propellers ( 02 ) as per qis enclosed. survey report with measured values to be provided. 8 iws of underwater openings. survey of sea chests & sea tubes by endoscopic means as per qis enclosed. 9 thickness gauging. usg measurements of areas during under water visual inspection as per qis enclosed. 10 supervision and certification of entire survey by surveyor from classification society ( iacs member ) . cerified by mfab. 11 submission of above class approved survey reports ( hard copy, soft copy, video & still photos ) along with observations on the condition of hull / appendages and clear recommendations - 03 copies. 12 sacrificial anodes. renewal of sacrificial anodes in afloat condition by welding. anodes will be provided by indian navy.as per qis enclosed.
