the printing and supply of form-44 for use in upsrtc , each pad shall contain 50 forms in triplicate i.e 150 forms in one book stitched and serially numbered. the first and the duplicate copies shall be perforated. the words duplicate and triplicate shall be written on the duplicate and triplicate copies, printing in three colours ( including ground printing ) with security background and ultra violet invisible ink, on 60 g.s.m. white cream wove paper of superior quality, automatic on-line serial numbering with computerized checking provision, use of ‘anti wash device to make it impossible for anybody to erase, wash or wipe out anything written on it with the help of erasers or chemicals without actually defacing the surface, colour or background design of the form. the device should, however, remain unaffected against the touch of sweat and water, the matter of form-44 shall be in hindi while the number shall be in international ( english ) standard, road safety slogans, upsrtc website, helpline numbers, app. etc shall be printed on the reverse / back side of each form. , rates ( f.o.r. lucknow destination inclusive of all duties, taxes, packaging & transportation charges
