( a ) ] 4 contractor shall participate on behalf of nfl for third part / joint at delivery point / loading point of collieries with the relevant bis standard. the details of sampling / analysis procedure shall be as per schedule – v. collection of reports and submission to concerned unit [ with penalty as per clause no. 3 ( e ) ] 5 submission of referee sample to mutually agreed laboratory within 72 of disputes but not later than 8 days for the collection of the sample and collection of reports and submission to concerned unit.
