tender for replacement of damaged components of 200 kva voltage stabilizer installed at p / s chargal-replacement of main components 200 kva capacity voltage stabilizer installed at pumping station chargal. dragging the stabilizer outside the pump room by deploying manual labour and with the help of tools tackles. loading in the mechanical transport using crane and manual labour, shifting to workshop for repairs. unfastening of nuts bolts and open the top cover and then extracting out transformer assembly. dismantling of complete unit extraction of damaged 02 nos. of copper coil completely and providing and fitting in position of new copper coils for two phases of appropriate conductivity with proper insulation, insulation pads, varnishing and making of connections providing fitting of .3 nos. rotary switchs,volt meter (0 to 500) 01 no. and amp meter (0 to 250 amp) 01 no..servicing includes dismantling the components from its position, cleaning of contacts with suitable solvent/solution and refitting in position. making of connections of transformer assembly including coils, voltage regulator switch, mccb, and change over switch complete. replacement of control wiring of panel board along with p/f of new voltmeter, ampere meter with selector switches and phase indicator set, etc. reconditioning of drained out t-oil by the way of filtration and heating to optimum temperature ensuring removing of slag, foreign depositions/moisture etc. cleaning of inside of tank with scrubbers and solvents for removal of slag, etc. refilling of reconditioned t-oil and topping of oil by 100 ltrs of t-oil. assembling of equipments and shifting to site of installation. installation in position of the stabilizer, making of connections at input and outside by way of providing and fitting of new thimbles at cable ends and including insulations and fasteners. testing of equipment on no load, full load, partial load with periodic observation for all connected parameters. complete job includes cost of material and labour charges, hiring charges of crane if any and mech. transport (to & fro) and rebate on old parts.
